Frequently Asked Questions.

Contact Isel.

If you have any questions about prints or original art work please get in touch.

Limited editions?

Yes. Each print is part of a strictly limited run of 100 editions, never to be reprinted. Every edition comes with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Print Sizes?

Prints are currently offered in dimensions that replicate the original artwork's scale and proportions as closely as possible. Each size is carefully selected to preserve the impact, detail, and intent of the original piece..

Archival Quality?

Yes. All materials used — canvas, inks, and varnish — are museum-quality and designed for longevity. Prints are rated archival for 100+ years under normal indoor display conditions. The acid-free, OBA-free construction prevents yellowing, while the varnish adds UV, abrasion, and water resistance.

Signed?

Each edition comes with a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity from Isel Asquith-Vallance. The prints themselves are not hand-signed, ensuring the certificate remains the official mark of authenticity.

Framed?

At this time, prints are shipped unframed to allow collectors the freedom to choose framing that suits their space.

Returns or Exchanges?

Because each print is produced to order, all sales are final. In the rare case of shipping damage, we will remake and reship your order immediately upon receiving proof of damage.

Packaging?

Canvases are shipped flat in custom-built boxes to protect the surface and varnish. Each package uses reinforced materials, foam corner guards, and a puncture-resistant lining.

Shipping?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Please note that duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your location. For international orders, please reach out to us at iselasquithvallance@gmail.com

Time Frame?

Every step of the process — printing, coating, stretching, and packaging — is handled by our production team, ensuring complete quality control from start to finish. Orders typically take 1.5–2 weeks to produce before shipping. Once shipped, transit within the UK is generally 2–3 days, while international orders may take 2–4 weeks depending on destination. Each print is carefully inspected and packaged with intention.

Insurance?

In the rare event of damage, simply send us photos and we'll remake and reship your order right away. We self-insure, which has proven more reliable than third-party coverage thanks to our protective packaging.

Print care?

We recommend displaying your print in a stable indoor environment, away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperatures. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth — never with water or cleaning products. With proper care, your print will maintain its brilliance for generations.

What is NeuroConscious Realism?

NeuroConscious Realism is the visual language of Isel Asquith-Vallance—a convergence of energy, divine consciousness, memory, and matter. Each piece explores the seen and unseen world, and inviting the viewer to experience reality as multidimensional and alive.
